Who Is JESUS to YOU

Text: Matthew 16:15-17

15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?

16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.

17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

Let us Pray

In this season of Palm Sunday, we have heard what various disciples, including Peter said about Jesus: Thou art the Christ, heard the crowd say: Blessed is He who comes in the name of the LORD, which was the greeting for a King, but this morning I want to ask you who do you say that Jesus is? Who is Jesus to you? I want you see various groups that saw him in different ways as we all examine our hearts to determine exactly who Jesus is to you?

Some said He was an Outlaw

Some thought of Him as a Poet

Some thought of Him as a Sorcerer or Magician

Some Thought of Him as a Politician

But some, a very few realized that Jesus was the son of God and was God in the Flesh who dwelt among us for a brief time and is coming again very soon!

Very Special Sunday Coming: Special Guest Rob Bowen will Join Dan Bell, Tom Branson and your Humble Pastor for a Palm Sunday Mini-Concert all about what Some people said about Jesus! Choir will be singing Palms of Victory and Special Easter Choir Practice This Saturday at 3pm. Don't miss it and bring a friend for what may be the most important question they will ever ask themselves!

Love you All!
